In late 2007, Sandeep quit his corporate role to form PeopleFusion. To accelerate growth every organization needs to address their people and/or system issues. PeopleFusion offers programs & services to help address these with the mission of “Bringing People & Organizations Together”. PeopleFusion has helped companies hire middle, senior & CxO level talent; and coached/mentored people from a diverse background during their job search process.
During his talent search engagements, Sandeep observed that companies were constantly struggling with developing & building leaders and appropriate leadership practices, thus limiting their growth potential. To address this problem, he entered into a strategic partnership with 360 Solutions, USA to specifically focus on Leadership Development via business consulting, coaching & training, with the ultimate objective of “Enhancing the Value of the Businesses” he engages with.
Sandeep believes leadership development is not a one-time engagement but a continuous process of engagement & reinforcement. To truly help people & organizations realize their full potential, a good business consultant must have a broad, deep & prolonged engagement; he calls this “Embedded Consulting”. He has used this approach in many of his consulting engagements, helping companies create & refine their business strategies, identify new markets & products, skill up their sales force, streamline their internal systems & make them more employee-centric, resulting in substantial increase in revenue & profit.
Sandeep has been a speaker at several national & international conferences. He has been a mentor, coach and speaker at institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIM Udaipur, MDI Gurgaon, NDIM Delhi, NIT Kurukshetra, etc. He has also been a faculty member of the global 360 High Performance Leadership (360HPL) initiative; a mentor with Everwise, a global workforce mentoring organization.

Salil has held several senior sales leadership roles in Telecom & FMCG product companies like DishTV, Reliance, Bharti Airtel, Zodiac Clothing, Luxor Writing Instruments, etc. In his last corporate role he was Vice President & Zonal Head West for DishTV, Asia’s largest DTH service provider.
In his corporate roles Salil has handled sales operations of hundreds of crores of rupees and managed large sales & operation teams of 75-100 people. He has a more than enviable track record of growing the business and substantially increasing the profits of organisations he has been involved in at rates much higher than his peers. He has been recognized numerous times for his sales and operarational excellence & achievements.
Salil believes in continuously upgrading his skills and has participated in MDP program at IIM Ahmedabad and a Accelerated Sales Performance Program at ISB, Hyderabad.
Salil focuses on enabling companies who are in mass distribution of products. He has deep connects in the telecom and FMCG industry channels across India.

Ajay has over 30 years of experience working with Multinational organizations in various leadership positions in India, ASEAN and ANZ. He has created businesses from grounds up level to high visibility and sustainability. This has been basis creating business strategy and executing growth across Large Enterprise and SMB markets.
He has strong multi functional expertise along with deep & practical understanding of structured sales and market coverage methodologies. In his over two and a half decades of Industry experience, he has been with Symantec as the Director for Sales, Channels &Alliances. During his six + years, he led Symantec to drive a high-level growth strategy, which included integration of multiple acquisitions. In this role, Symantec won numerous awards from the community for being the most preferred Partner as well as significant gains in market share for Storage and Security solutions.
Prior to this, he had an 8-year stint with Silicon Graphics Inc., and held various positions, the last being the Director for Technical and Scientific Computing sales. He has been instrumental in evangelizing and driving early adoption of High end technical computing for CAE, Weather modeling, molecular modeling and use of Immersive Visualization solutions for Manufacturing, GIS and defense applications. Prior to this, he was the Director for Manufacturing Industry for CAD/CAM and CAE solutions. He also worked in the entertainment industry to drive the adoption of technical tools in the area of special effects and film compositing. He spent his early career with HCL Limited.
He writes for “SME World” on various topics of Strategy and business objectives. He is also a faculty member at the Bridge School of Management (A JV between HT Media Ltd. and Apollo Global. USA)

Sanjiv has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, including 10+ years in Leadership positions. He many years of consulting and coaching experience with telecom, BFSI, FMCG, BPO, Logistics and Services businesses in improving their strategic, sales and operational effectiveness.
Sanjiv spent over a decade in leadership roles in the IT industry at companies including Microsoft, Oracle and Wipro. In his years as a business leader, Sanjiv’s responsibilities included P&L management in sales & marketing leadership roles. He also led corporate initiatives like business operations, customer and partner satisfaction, competitive strategy, sales excellence, and organizational change management.
In his role as Microsoft’s CMO, he worked on marketing the brand and its components, customer and partner audience marketing, product line pricing, revenue & profitability, competition & market share. He was also responsible for sales and marketing integration, including co-development of overall subsidiary budgets, revenue plans and Go-To-Market initiatives with enterprise, SMB, Public Sector, OEM and Partner sales organizations.
Sanjiv’s sales experience includes field sales leadership – he has led large regional sales teams in the East and the West, working with enterprise, SMB and OEM customers. Sales management expertise comprises Sales Excellence including segmentation, development of engagement, resourcing and compensation models, sales readiness and sales execution. In a parallel role, Sanjiv also headed the subsidiary’s inside selling process, including complete responsibility for a US$250M segment’s CRM and pipeline management.
Sanjiv has received training in Leading Change at the Kellogg School of Management, and in Strategic Leadership from the Indian School of Business. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder.

Prashant has been a nominated member of IPR Committees including FICCI, API and PA and has represented his employers in IPR forums. He is a Member of CEAC (Copyright Enforcement Advisory Committee), an apex body constituted by MHRD to advise Government of India on Copyright Issues. He has also been a contributor to the Copyright Amendment Act.
