In late 2007, Sandeep quit his corporate role to form PeopleFusion. To accelerate growth every organization needs to address their people and/or system issues. PeopleFusion offers programs & services to help address these with the mission of “Bringing People & Organizations Together”. PeopleFusion has helped companies hire middle, senior & CxO level talent; and coached/mentored people from a diverse background during their job search process.
During his talent search engagements, Sandeep observed that companies were constantly struggling with developing & building leaders and appropriate leadership practices, thus limiting their growth potential. To address this problem, he entered into a strategic partnership with 360 Solutions, USA to specifically focus on Leadership Development via business consulting, coaching & training, with the ultimate objective of “Enhancing the Value of the Businesses” he engages with.
Sandeep believes leadership development is not a one-time engagement but a continuous process of engagement & reinforcement. To truly help people & organizations realize their full potential, a good business consultant must have a broad, deep & prolonged engagement; he calls this “Embedded Consulting”. He has used this approach in many of his consulting engagements, helping companies create & refine their business strategies, identify new markets & products, skill up their sales force, streamline their internal systems & make them more employee-centric, resulting in substantial increase in revenue & profit.
Sandeep has been a speaker at several national & international conferences. He has been a guest speaker at institutes such as IIM Lucknow, MDI Gurgaon, NDIM Delhi and NIT Kurukshetra. He has also been a faculty member of the global 360 High Performance Leadership (360HPL) initiative; a mentor with Everwise, a global workforce mentoring organization; and a student mentor with NDIM Delhi.
Sandeep is a Caliper certified Assessment Practitioner; a Marshal Goldsmith certified GLA 360 Professional and a TPC Leadership Coach Practitioner.

Rajiv is a frequent speaker at Universities, Industry seminars and HR associations. He has authored a number or articles and white papers on HR issues and has been published extensively in Workspan (publication of World At Work) in USA, SHRM and other newspapers and magazines in India. He is an Advisory Board member for Chandigarh University.
Rajiv is an experienced trainer, facilitator and a certified practitioner for DiSC, MBTI and a 360-degree assessor.

Salil has held several senior sales leadership roles in Telecom & FMCG product companies like DishTV, Reliance, Bharti Airtel, Zodiac Clothing, Luxor Writing Instruments, etc. In his last corporate role he was Vice President & Zonal Head West for DishTV, Asia’s largest DTH service provider.
In his corporate roles Salil has handled sales operations of hundreds of crores of rupees and managed large sales & operation teams of 75-100 people. He has a more than enviable track record of growing the business and substantially increasing the profits of organisations he has been involved in at rates much higher than his peers. He has been recognized numerous times for his sales and operarational excellence & achievements.
Salil believes in continuously upgrading his skills and has participated in MDP program at IIM Ahmedabad and a Accelerated Sales Performance Program at ISB, Hyderabad.
Salil focuses on enabling companies who are in mass distribution of products. He has deep connects in the telecom and FMCG industry channels across India.

He has extensive experience and a successful track record of handling matters related to IPR, Brand Protection, Contracts, Corporate Governance, Debt Recovery and Litigation. He has represented his companies and clients across High Courts, the Supreme Court and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Prashant has been a nominated member of IPR Committees including FICCI, API and PA and has represented his employers in IPR forums. He is a Member of CEAC (Copyright Enforcement Advisory Committee), an apex body constituted by MHRD to advise Government of India on Copyright Issues. He has also been a contributor to the Copyright Amendment Act.
